N.A.P. - The Napping Project

The napping project. I have been playing with this idea for a while. Inviting our community to simply come in mid-day and relax deeply enough to feel restored and maybe even doze off!

I would like to run this as a 3 week pilot. Everyone is welcome to come. You don’t need anything. No need to change clothes. We will do about 5 minutes of simple stretching on the floor and get your nap mat set up. From there I will guide you into radical relaxation.

If the pilot works then we plug it in on the regular schedule!

No fee. You are welcome to offer a donation. More than anything I just want folks to show up and take care of themselves.
