4 Week series of Slow and Simple Yoga. This is a favorite at The Shala during the day so we thought we would offer a 4 week block to see if you would also enjoy it after work!

Join Jagoe for a sweet and simple practice. Guaranteed to unwind you from the day and provide a combination of awakening and centering plus the time to simply go with the flow. This is a class for everyone.
