An evening of free form dance to release your mind and enliven your soul.
Join Jagoe for a yummy hour of swishing, sliding, shaking and grooving your body to feel a little more awake and alive, to connect with your heart and find freedom.
Simply put this movement will begin slow and gentle and gradually build into a liberating free form dance before we guide ourselves back down into stillness. You will be amazed at how Sahaja (moving meditation) will open your heart and free your mind. If you can breathe you can dance. If you are hungry to let your hair down or feeling stuck and lonely, come move your body!! I guarantee you will feel better after this hour!
*We will be dancing on wood floor. You can dance barefoot or with designated soft soled dance shoes for jazz or modern (leather or suede bottom). No street shoes please. No socks. Please refrain from wearing perfume or any items that could “shed” while dancing. We want to keep everyone safe while on the floor.
I will explain guidelines at the beginning of class so we can support one another and honor what the dance brings for each of us. Then we can let go and have fun!!
