This is our most popular class during the day so I think we should hang out in the evening too! Bring all of your excuses and tight bodies on down to The Shala and let's get back on track and in balance. If you are unsure then bring a buddy so you have someone to give you a nudge when the motivation might be low. I think you will love it!
