What is Meditation? How do I practice Meditation? Heard the word and have no idea where to begin? 

Meditation for Climbers Practice/Discussion is an opportunity  to learn more about your own mental/emotional continuum. Objective information about the self allows one to approach goals and decisions with authentic decisiveness. Meditation creates a well oiled feedback loop within the body/mind connection, allowing information to be received and right action to arise. Reduce reactivity and begin a meta dialogue with yourself; What is working? What's not? How do I create change within myself?
