Students will learn how to cultivate mindfulness and a deep sense of presence through a variety of ways such as sitting practice, walking meditation, mindful listening, and mindful eating. This will be a gentle intro appropriate for beginners wanting to learn what mindfulness is and how to establish a practice, as well as for advanced practitioners looking for inspiration and motivation to engage more deeply with their current practice. Each class will build on the one before. Session length is 5:00 - 5:45 p.m. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we may begin on time and with ease.
