Frist Friday Yoga

We want to help you transition into your weekend with more ease and space.

Join us the first Friday of each month for a delicious session. 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.

Candlelight, warmth, and an opportunity to connect body, breath, and this class we will begin by gently generating heat and energy into our bodies. We will follow with longer relaxing holds of restorative postures and close with a grounding, guided meditation.
If you are looking for a nourishing way to close your work week and transition into the weekend, this is the class for you. All levels are welcome.
