Vinyasa is a breath based/asana practice. The intention is to deepen your practice by allowing the breath to guide you. This is a flowing session designed to awaken and deepen your connection to Self.

Slow and Simple
This class is for anyone who might be shy about jumping into an ongoing class or who may be curious about what Yoga is all about. A very light hearted practice introducing you to your body, your mind, your breath and threading a little Yoga philosophy in there too! Come on down and bring a friend too.
Wednesday 7:30-8:00 a.m.
Creating a gentle ritual of movement through simple salutations (namaskars and prostrations) all guided by the breath.We practice for 20 minutes with movement then sit for 10 minutes with lightly guided meditation.
Tuesday mornings 7:00-7:30 a.m.
You might be curious to feel what it’s like to sit with a group. You might be hungry for community and just simply want to be around folks who are exploring this practice. You might be stuck and just need a change of scenery to open up your home practice.
Bottom line? It doesn’t matter where you are, who you are or what your story is….you are welcome to be right here with everyone else on this journey.
This is a donation based offering.
We encourage you to come to meditation even when you cannot contribute monetarily. Give back instead with your presence in being a part of our community.
